Terms of Service -Atelier Shiyoko-

Introduction

  • These terms apply to illustration services provided by Atelier Shiyoko  (hereafter referred to as "the Artist").

  • By commissioning, you agree to these terms.

  • All works are created using Affinity V2. PSD files can be delivered, but please note that display issues may occur due to format conversion.

  • Copyright remains with the Artist (Tatsuba). Redistribution, claiming authorship, or use for AI training is strictly prohibited.

  • Requests involving offensive content, extreme political or religious themes, or anything deemed inappropriate by the Artist will not be accepted.

Services

  • Final files can be delivered in JPG / PNG / PSD (converted).

  • Minor revisions (up to one round) are included during the sketch stage. Major changes or multiple revisions may require additional fees.

  • Works may be showcased on the Artist’s website or social media. Please indicate if you prefer your commission to remain private.

Payment

  • Payment is accepted in advance via PayPal only.

  • Work begins after payment is confirmed.

  • Refunds are not available once work has started.

Deadlines & Delivery

  • Deadlines depend on the scope of the project. Please specify your preferred delivery date in the form.

  • Delivery will be via email or an online storage link.

Communication

  • Email will be the primary method of communication.

  • Please respond within 2–3 business days whenever possible.

  • If you strongly prefer another method, DM via X (Twitter) or BlueSky can also be arranged.

  • Significant delays in communication may result in cancellation of the commission.

Commercial Use

  • Commercial use (e.g., book covers, merchandise, streaming revenue, advertisements) requires an additional fee.

  • Copyright is not transferred. Usage is limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of commissioning.

あとりえ しよこ・​利用規約

​はじめに

  • 本規約は「あとりえしよこ」（以下「当方」）が提供するイラスト制作サービスについて定めたものです。

  • ご依頼いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

  • 当方の制作はすべて Affinity V2 にて行います。PSD形式での納品も可能ですが、互換保存のため表示崩れが生じる場合があります。

  • 著作権はすべて制作者（龍羽）に帰属します。自作発言・二次配布・AI学習素材への利用は固く禁止します。

  • 公序良俗に反する内容、過度に政治的・宗教的な内容、その他当方が不適切と判断するものはご依頼をお断りします。

サービス内容

  • JPG / PNG / PSD（互換保存）で納品可能です。

  • 簡単な修正はラフ段階で1回まで無料で承ります。それ以上の修正や大幅な変更は追加料金となる場合があります。

  • 実績としてWebやSNSに掲載する場合があります。非公開をご希望の場合は事前にお知らせください。

お支払いはPaypalで

  • お支払いは PayPal（前払い） にてお願いします。

  • ご入金確認後に制作を開始します。

  • 返金は原則お受けできません。

締切とお届け

  • 納期はご依頼内容により変動します。ご希望がある場合はフォームにてお知らせください。

  • 納品はメールまたはオンラインストレージのURLにてお送りします。

コミュニケーション

  • 基本的なやりとりはメールで行います。

  • ご返信は通常2〜3営業日以内を目安にお願いします。

  • どうしてもメール以外をご希望の場合、XまたはBlueSkyのDMにて対応可能です。

  • 進行に大きな遅延がある場合はキャンセル扱いとなる場合があります。

商用利用について

  • 商用利用（同人誌表紙・グッズ・配信収益・広告等）は追加料金が発生します。

  • 商用利用においても著作権の譲渡は行いません。利用は依頼時に許諾した範囲内に限られます。
